Swinton Park's fine dining restaurant menus emphasise seasonal and local produce inspired by the fruit, vegetables and herbs grown in the hotel’s four acre walled garden (the largest hotel kitchen garden in the UK).
Head Chef James Cooper creates stunning dishes with refined, innovative modern cooking that skillfully and respectfully use the garden produce.

An AA Rosette restaurant with a stunning small plate collection, ideal for sharing, combines the best of Swinton produce with globally inspired flavours.
The Terrace is open Monday to Sunday and has a relaxed and casual dress code.
