E.J. Churchill is one of the top shooting providers in the world. Its northern shooting ground on the Swinton Estate boasts some of the finest clay shooting facilities in the North of England.
The ground is open for practise, lessons and competitions and has a shop on-site with quality products for shooting enthusiasts. A variety of options are available to guests from family-friendly taster sessions to competition-level masterclasses. Perfect for both individuals and as a group activity.
The Clay Shooting Ground at E.J. Churchill at the Swinton Estate offers lessons (group and individual), caddied rounds, Claymate (giving the option for experienced shooters to shoot alone) and events.

Shooting for under 18s is also available. A ‘Young Guns Academy’ is run during the school holidays, suitable for ages 9 to 18 years old.
