Harrogate Homeless Project is a local charity dedicated to supporting people experiencing homelessness across the Harrogate district. Founded in 1992, the organisation provides emergency accommodation, supported housing, and practical services through its hostel and Springboard Day Centre. Alongside offering safe shelter, the charity helps individuals rebuild confidence and move towards independent living through tailored support, life skills guidance, healthcare access, and community programmes.
Felicity Cunliffe-Lister, Proprietor and Countess of Swinton, said: “The Harrogate Homeless Project provides vital, compassionate support to some of the most vulnerable people in our community, delivering much-needed immediate services while working tirelessly towards sustainable, long-term housing solutions. Swinton Estate is incredibly proud to support Harrogate Homeless Project as our chosen charity this year; it is a truly worthwhile cause making a meaningful and lasting difference in the lives of so many.”
