The Country Club offers many opportunities to take part in Pilates classes throughout the week.
Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles, improves postural alignment, flexibility, mobility and core stabilisation.
One-to-one personal Pilates sessions are also available, bookable through Country Club reception.

Classes are available to all hotel guests, spa day visitors and members. Please note that all hotel guests can join our gym classes for an additional charge.
