The Wellness Studio has a variety of yoga classes suitable for most levels.
On fine, warm days, the classes are often taken out in the beautiful Spa Garden – the most popular classes being Vinyasa Flow yoga and Hatha yoga.
Vinyasa Flow, links movement through breathwork and the smooth transition of poses; while Hatha yoga is slightly slower in pace, offering ‘space’ between movements. Both are fabulous at reducing stress, bringing balance and strengthening the body.
Classes are available to all hotel guests, spa day visitors and members.
