The Swinton Estate is situated a mile outside the small market town of Masham and 11 miles from Ripon. Just an hour’s drive from historic York, a scenic hour and a half drive from the beautiful Lake District and just 45 miles from Leeds.
Swinton Park is a 20-minute drive from the A1 (Junction 51) and 10 miles northwest of Ripon. Swinton Bivouac is a 30-minute drive from the A1 (Junction 51) and 11 miles northwest of Ripon.
The nearest train stations are Thirsk (15 miles) and Northallerton (16 miles), both with regular services to and from London and Edinburgh (2hr 40 and 2hr 20 from Northallerton respectively).
