This course is aimed at budding young chefs who can enjoy lots of hands on experience while learning to master the basic skills. A half day session with recipes to take home.
This course is designed for young cooks both beginners and the experienced in the kitchen to be able to cook with confidence and manage simple tasks unaided.
Following the Government announcement on the 4th of January 2021 we will be closing our doors across the Estate: Swinton Park Hotel, Swinton Country Club & Spa, Swinton Bivouac, Swinton Cookery School, and The Terrace Restaurant & Bar will be closed until further notice and pending the next Covid review.
