A residential course for those wanting some new inspiration and really wow their guests at dinner parties. Learn to utilise the techniques of modern fine dining cookery by using sous vide cookery methods, a large focus on the art of plating and understand how to prepare, cook and serve luxurious produce at home. The dishes covered will offer some refreshing interpretations of the more traditional dishes, with a three course meal, canapes and petit fours being prepared.

Following the statement from the Government, Swinton Park Hotel, Swinton Country Club & Spa, all restaurants, Swinton Cottages and Swinton Bivouac are fully closed until 30th April 2020.
