Each hands-on cookery class features a different selection of dishes. During the class you may make some of the following: eggs benedict, American pancakes with crispy bacon and maple syrup, avocado on toast, haddock kedgeree, courgette fritters, huevos rancheros, and shakshuka.
The classes take place in our stunning country kitchen with breathtaking views of Swinton Estate Grounds and Yorkshire Dales.
We always encourage a hands-on approach within the classes and all ingredients and equipment will be provided.
