Learn how to prepare, cook, and serve a variety of seasonal produce. This course is designed around our fantastic produce, sourced from our Walled Garden and Swinton Estate producers, creating flavourful dishes with a minimal carbon footprint.
The classes take place in our stunning country kitchen with breathtaking views of Swinton Estate Grounds and Yorkshire Dales.
We always encourage a hands-on approach within the classes, and all ingredients and equipment will be provided.
This course will be led by produce from the Estate that is in season and available at the time.
