You’ll learn how to make breakfast dishes, such huevos rancheros, corn meal bread, seabass ceviche, hangar steak beef taco, Mexican rice. To finish off your Mexican feast, you’ll learn how to make Mexican hot chocolate.
The classes take place in our stunning country kitchen with breathtaking views of Swinton Estate Grounds and Yorkshire Dales. We always encourage a hands on approach within the classes and all ingredients and equipment will be provided.
