Learn to utilise the techniques of modern fine dining cookery by using sous vide cookery methods, a large focus on the art of plating and understand how to prepare, cook and serve luxurious produce at home. The dishes covered will offer some refreshing interpretations of the more traditional dishes, with a three course meal, canapes and petit fours being prepared.
Once you arrive and check-in to one of Swinton Park’s beautifully appointed bedrooms, you will be guided to the Cookery School where preparation will begin for your Ultimate Dinner Party course on Saturday.
When not in the kitchen, relax with extended spa use (on 1pm on day of arrival until 3pm on day of departure) before dressing to watch Cookery School Chef Tutor serve up a treat at our ever popular Chef’s Table. Here you will indulge in a 4‑course meal with a glass of wine to accompany, wonderful company and sensational food cooked right in front of you.
