Every menu is derived from our Estate to Plate food philosophy utilising the very best ingredients sourced from across the Estate including our four-acre Kitchen garden. For larger events choose the grandeur and heritage of the Library or the rustic setting of the Deer House. More intimate events can take place in the whimsical Adam’s Folly private dining room, enjoy the culinary experience of the Chef’s Table by Josh Barnes or a more casual setting in the Arnagill Room.
Our Estate partners provide us with the best local beef, pork, lamb and poultry. Venison from our deer herd is looked after by our own Deer Ranger, and trout is sourced from the trout farm.
Produce we are unable to source from the estate is sourced as locally as possible to reduce food miles and create sustainable businesses in our local area.
The Walled Garden is a working kitchen garden growing substantial quantities of fruits, herbs and vegetables (over 60 varieties) as the seasons dictate. The Walled Garden is a hive of activity at certain times of the growing calendar and you’ll often see our chefs wandering out to collect ingredients for the day.
