Take time out of your day and give back to yourself with a reiki drumming sound healing experience. The gentle rhythm, tones and sounds of the handmade drums will help you naturally release stresses and tensions. The session will support your body, mind, spirit and soul, giving you a sense of 'wholeness'. Available as a spa day or session only.
Whether you have tried wild swimming before or not, we highly recommend you give it a go. Swimming ‘wild’ is incredibly beneficial to your wellbeing; both physically and mentally. Benefits can include; reduced muscle soreness, reduction in inflammation, immune system boosting, improved circulation and there is also claims it boosts brain power!
With a fixed, holistic eye on ‘earthing’ your wellness, the Spa Garden provides a dedicated outdoor environment for exercise and classes; from yoga and tai chi, to Pilates, meditation; along with a ‘barefoot path’ for use at any time. Open to members, guests at Swinton Park Hotel, and Parkland and Gardens pass holders.
Our Woodland Wellbeing Space, located in the trees behind the Walled Garden, is a space designed to unwind and relax. Our hammocks in the trees offer a tranquil space where you can absorb the natural sights and sounds.
