Sound waves from the voice or an instrument, such as drums or Himalayan Singing Bowls, are absorbed by the body to restore balance to the energy matrix. Join Faith, of Forest Bathing UK, for a woodland session of mindfulness in Swinton Park’s 200 acres of lakes and gardens. Through guided activities and exercises, this session is a great way to connect with nature and relax, resulting in reduced stress levels, a balancing of mood disorders and an improvement to the overall quality of life.
