Experience a fabulous menu inspired by British classics, thoughtfully reimagined. Showcasing innovative modern cooking, dishes skilfully feature seasonal and local produce inspired by the fruit, vegetables, and herbs grown in the Swinton Estate’s four-acre Walled Garden.
Sunday Lunch at Samuel’s
Sunday lunch at Samuel’s Restaurant is an indulgent affair, perfect for gathering friends and family for classic Yorkshire roasts, seasonal local produce, and all the trimmings.
Sunday lunch is a seasonal offering from September until the end of May. Private bookings are still available in Adam’s Folly for parties of up to 20.
Estate produce
Closer to the Hotel, The Terrace Restaurant & Bar, the Estate Shop, and Swinton Country Club & Spa is the four-acre Walled Garden. This is a working kitchen garden that produces vast quantities of fruit, herbs, and vegetables (over 60 varieties) along with a cutting garden that grows flowers for the Hotel and Estate Shop in the summer months.
This is a hive of activity, and you will often see chefs wandering into the garden to collect ingredients for the day.
