Designed for whisky enthusiasts and curious explorers alike, this remarkable evening features a paired whisky dinner hosted by The Macallan’s UK Brand Ambassador, offering rare insight into one of the world’s most celebrated distilleries.

Executive Chef, Lawrence Yates, has crafted a five-course menu that harmonises beautifully with a curated selection of The Macallan whiskies. Throughout the evening, you’ll enjoy The Macallan 12, 15 and 18 Year Old Double Casks, The Macallan 18 Year Old Sherry Oak, The Macallan Harmony Jing Tea Edition, and culminating in an extraordinary tasting of the rare, limited-edition The Macallan Art is the Flower.

Set within the private dining room of Samuel’s Restaurant at Adam’s Folly, this intimate experience begins with elegant canapés before moving into a menu that celebrates seasonal, local ingredients – much of it sourced from the Estate itself.

The Macallan was one of the first distillers in Scotland to be legally licensed. Since then it has built a reputation as one of the world’s leading single malt whiskies. The creation of The Macallan draws on the vital contributing influences of Spain, North America and Scotland – and of their respective natural raw materials, combined with traditional methods and craftsmanship.

The Macallan Art is the Flower celebrates the uniqueness of natural beauty and the circularity of life and nature. With this exclusive expression of The Macallan single malt whisky we pay tribute to Charles Rennie Mackintosh, inspired by his art and poetic prose. The Macallan Art is the Flower has been respectfully crafted to celebrate the circularity of nature captured in Mackintosh’s 1902 stained-glass panel ‘The Spirit of the Rose’.
