Traditional Burns Supper

Celebrating Scottish Tradition

Where better to celebrate the life and works of Robert Burns ‘The Bard’ than at the historical Swinton Park Hotel this January.

You will be welcomed by the haunting sound of the bagpipes before enjoying a pre-dinner whisky cocktail in the baronial Lower Hall.

A celebratory four-course feast combining a traditional haggis course and the best local ingredients within our Estate to Plate philosophy will be served in our elegant Library where you will enjoy traditional speeches and entertainment throughout the meal.

If you have attended a Burns supper before you will know that guest participation is key! We will be delighted if any guest would like to support in the Burns Supper traditions of delivering the Selkirk Grace, the Immortal Memory or the Toasts to the Lassies and the Reply to the Laddies. Please let us know at time of booking.

The evening will be rounded off with a few of Robert Burn’s most well known songs and rousing chorus of Auld Lang Syne.

We are delighted to be partnering with Yorkshire-based whisky maker Cooper King on this event.

Enjoy the Burns Supper, plus Bed and Breakfast for £600 per room based on two people sharing. Limited rooms available for a one night stay. Book this package here.
