Join Peter Bell, our fitness coach for our Nordic walking class and experience the amazing benefits Nordic walking offers. The class is delivered in an outdoor setting in an area of outstanding beauty on the 20,000 acre Estate, which gives a fantastic opportunity to connect with nature.
The concept of Nordic walking is to enhance your natural walking pattern, using specifically designed poles. A time efficient, low stress, total body workout, which not only is fantastic for weight loss and increasing body tone, but also highly effective for improving joint health and posture.
All fitness levels welcome!
Poles are provided, please wear appropriate walking attire, with good supported walking shoes or trainers.
