The perfect course for those busy weekday nights to give you the ability to serve up tasty, seasonal and most importantly quick meals.
Utilising The vast Swinton estate and Walled Garden, our resident chef Marc Williams will teach you a range of recipes to add to your repertoire that can utilise what’s at hand, using limited ingredients whilst still giving you a nutritious, filling and satisfying meal.
Covering Meat, fish and vegetarian alternatives we will create a range of different meals and accompaniments, stopping only to enjoy the fruits of our labour with a glass of wine.
We always encourage a hands on approach within the classes with all ingredients and equipment provided for.
Dishes will vary depending on the seasons making best use of our fantastic grounds and gardens.
