Join us for a Yoga Spa Day. Following a wellness smoothie on arrival, combine the benefits of yoga with relaxation time in the the luxury of the pools, saunas and steam rooms at Swinton Country Club & Spa. This is followed by a wholesome and nutritious meal in The Terrace Restaurant.
The 90 minute yoga workshop takes place in the Studio and will follow the principles of Hatha Yoga to stretch, nourish and relax the body, mind and spirit, delivered by our associate yoga instructor Jane Cluley (Jayadhara – Yoga). All classes cater for all abilities. Afternoon and evening dates available.

About Jane Cluley – Jayadhara
Jane (Jayadhara) began practising yoga at Reading University and has a broad experience of traditions including Iyengar, Sivananda, Ashtanga, Structural Yoga Therapy and in particular Satyananda Yoga. She has been teaching since 1988, has an MA in Yoga Philosophy and is a British Wheel of Yoga Foundation and Diploma course tutor.
She teaches a balanced practice incorporating breathing and relaxation with modifications suitable for everyone. She has a particular interest in yoga for mental health and offers professional expertise, authentic and enthusiastic teaching. She is passionate about including all aspects of yoga and ancient wisdom in ways accessible to all. She believes in teaching from her own experience and practice. She has visited India and its ashrams many times for spiritual upliftment and personal growth.
