Located in the Coach House, Chef’s Table is an intimate, estate-to-plate dining experience offering an exclusive opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of culinary arts and watch the magic unfold behind the scenes.

For Game Week, Chef’s Table presents a special menu celebrating the very best of seasonal game and the Estate’s natural larder. Rooted in a deep respect for provenance and seasonality, the experience showcases exceptional produce from the Estate and across Yorkshire, with each dish thoughtfully created to tell the story of its ingredients.

Seating just 12 guests, Chef’s Table invites you to experience the craft of fine dining at its most personal. Each dish is prepared, finished and presented before you on the Chef’s Table pass, creating a sense of quiet theatre throughout your meal.

Your evening begins with a welcome drink, followed by an eight-course tasting menu showcasing the flavours of the season.

Chef’s Table is open for dinner from Wednesday to Saturday, from 7pm, with a lighter five-course lunch served on Saturdays from 12:30pm.
