Join the coronation party!

Swinton Estate invites you to a quintessentially British afternoon, as we join together to celebrate the coronation of King Charles III.

A family-friendly afternoon, bedecked with bunting and packed with traditional ‘garden fete’ activities – think Coconut Shy, Splat-a-Rat, Hook-a-Duck, with live music and fabulous food!

We’ll be serving cream teas in the Terrace gardens, Swinton burgers and Coronation Trifle, created by Swinton Estate’s talented chefs, English sparkling wine and local beers. Swinton Park’s 200-acre parkland and gardens will be open throughout the day, complimentary, for all visitors to enjoy a wander.

We look forward to you joining us and raising a glass of English sparkling wine to the new King Charles III.

The afternoon is free to attend, with parking at Swinton Park.

Activities, food and drink can be bought using tokens, which will be available for purchase on the day, with all proceeds going to MCO Fundraising!

What is Swinton Park Hotel?

The Swinton Park Hotel is a luxury Grade II* castle set in beautiful parkland grounds at the centre of the Swinton Estate.

Owned by the Cunliffe-Lister family since the 1880s, and the ancestral seat of the Earl of Swinton, guests at the hotel enjoy a traditional, yet informal stately home experience.
