Indulge in a delicious five-course dinner, with wine pairing, set in the Adam’s Folly, our new private dining room.

About Mahi Wine
Mahi Wine, a family-owned winery in Marlborough, New Zealand, is one of Swinton Estate’s wine suppliers. It was established in 2001 by Brian and Nicola Bicknell, and in 2006, they purchased the historic winery which gave Mahi a home.
