Combine the benefits of a Reiki Drumming session followed by relaxation time in the opulence of the pools, saunas and steam rooms at Swinton Country Club & Spa.
Experience the grounding rhythm of Reiki drumming, beautifully accompanied by the soothing vibrations of a gong sound bath.
As the steady heartbeat of the drum helps settle the mind, the rich, immersive tones of the gongs gently wash over you, creating space to rest, restore and reconnect.
You will be invited to make yourself comfortable, close your eyes and simply receive. The session begins with a gentle welcome from Liz and a few moments of calming breath before the Reiki drumming begins. As the session unfolds, the sound of the gongs creates a deeply relaxing soundscape, allowing body and mind to soften into stillness.
No previous experience is needed. Simply lay back in comfort, eyes closed, breathing deeply, relaxing and letting go.
The Spa Day experience includes a £29 food allocation for either The Terrace Restaurant & Bar, plus two hours’ access to the facilities at Swinton Country Club.
If you don’t want to attend the full Spa Day, you can attend the Reiki Drumming session only.
