Alongside Chef Patron Josh Barnes, join Stephane Delourme for an incredible evening of food and drink at Chef’s Table by Josh Barnes; an intimate gastronomic experience at the heart of the Swinton Estate.

Served from 7:30pm, the evening will begin with an optional Pommery Blanc de Blancs champagne reception, followed by canapés and a five-course seafood tasting menu cooked in front of you on the Chef’s Table pass; an opportunity to watch the culinary magic unfold as you ask Josh and Stephane any questions you may have.

About Seafood Week

Swinton Estate is excited to announce a five-day residency of the celebrated seafood chef Stephane Delourme, fresh from 25 years as Head Chef of Rick Stein’s Seafood Restaurant in Padstow, Cornwall.

From 7th to 11th May 2024, Stephane will host a series of exclusive dining events and masterclasses where you can experience the very best seafood cuisine.
