Beginning with an optional glass of Chateau la Gordonne Vérité du Terrior rosé wine, continue with a sumptuous four-course set menu comprising Stephane’s most iconic seafood dishes, with complimentary access to the parklands and gardens included for a post-lunch stroll.

About Seafood Week

Swinton Estate is excited to announce a five-day residency of the celebrated seafood chef Stephane Delourme, fresh from 25 years as Head Chef of Rick Stein’s Seafood Restaurant in Padstow, Cornwall.

From 7th to 11th May 2024, Stephane will host a series of exclusive dining events and masterclasses where you can experience the very best seafood cuisine.
