Step into the four-acre Walled Garden at Swinton Park Hotel at its most vibrant, where abundant planting and long, sunlit days bring one of the UK’s largest hotel kitchen gardens vividly to life during our Summer Open Day.
Join an engaging guided walk with Grounds & Gardens Manager Joe Lofthouse MHort (RHS) MCIHort, uncovering the garden’s heritage, seasonal growing, and Estate to Plate approach, before enjoying a hands-on floral session with Anne Harrison, local florist.
Your experience also includes a leisurely two-course lunch in Samuel’s Restaurant, celebrating ingredients grown, reared, and foraged on the Swinton Estate, complemented by carefully sourced local produce.
Make the most of your visit by wandering through 200 acres of heritage Parkland & Gardens on the Swinton Estate, either side of your booking, soaking up the very best of summer across the grounds.
If you would prefer a lighter visit, a Garden Tour Only ticket is available for £20, without lunch or the floral masterclass, which you can purchase here.
