Weber BBQ Classics Cookery Course
Perfect for anyone looking to learn the Weber way of cooking, this introductory course will teach you how to achieve consistently great results with classic barbecue dishes. You will learn must-have barbecue skills, such as lighting, controlling temperature and how to tell when your food is cooked to perfection.

Father's Day Crafts in the Owl Barn
Let your child release their inner creativity in the Owl Barn at Swinton Bivouac. A table of crafts will be waiting for your little artist to create a masterpiece and show Dad what he really means to them. The Bivouac Café will be open throughout the weekend serving sweet and savoury treats and refreshments!

The Terrace Restaurant and Bar
