Swinton Estate unveils a new dry gin in partnership with Cooper King Distillery

The Walled Garden Dry Gin is crafted from botanical ingredients hand-picked from the four-acre Walled Garden at Swinton Park Hotel, including juniper, coriander, lemon verbena, orris, angelica, lavender, and fennel. Powered by 100% renewable energy, the carbon-negative gin is distilled in Yorkshire by Cooper King Distillery. For every bottle purchased, a 20p donation is made to the Yorkshire Dales Millennium Trust to plant native, broadleaf woodland in the Yorkshire Dales.
