Any Yorkshireman or woman will tell you that Yorkshire is God’s Country and it’s easy to see why when you visit or live on the Swinton Estate. The iconic landscape with stone walls and field barns, moorland horizons and lush river valleys are a source of great pride and inspiration. What better landscape to be in to get outside and enjoy the countryside with a day of fishing or shooting.

Sportsmen and women are welcome to visit the Estate for the day, but there is also the option of hotel accommodation at Swinton Park and glamping at Swinton Bivouac, along with the dining at the Samuel’s or Terrace restaurants (private dining rooms are available at both) or at the Chef’s Table.

Other activities available include clay-pigeon shooting, cycling, walking, pony trekking and falconry (please visit our Great Outdoors pages for further information), and you can also unwind and relax with a treatment or in the pools and thermal suite in the award winning Country Club & Spa.
