Following his time at Michelin-starred Mýse and his appearance on Series 21 of the BBC’s Great British Menu, Head Chef Jamie Keeble brings a deep respect for British produce and a refined, ingredient-first style to the kitchen.
With only 12 seats, the experience offers an intimate view into the world of fine dining. Watch as each course is carefully prepared, finished and served in front of you, bringing you closer to the ingredients, techniques and creativity behind every plate.
Your evening will begin with a drinks reception of seasonal aperitifs, followed by an eight-course tasting menu prepared in front of you on the Chef’s Table pass. Then, spend the night in a beautiful bedroom at Swinton Park Hotel and a delicious breakfast in Samuel’s Restaurant the next morning, with views over the sweeping Deer Park.
