Immerse yourself in the Swinton Estate’s Estate to Plate philosophy, which sees much of the produce in the kitchens reared, harvested and foraged from the Estate and locally. Indulge in outstanding cuisine with beautifully matched wines while you stay.
On Friday night, savour dinner at your choice of Samuel’s Restaurant or The Terrace Restaurant and Bar, with a £55 per person dining credit. Saturday begins with an afternoon guided walk or foraging experience, before a drinks reception where you will meet renowned winemaker Brian Bicknell of Mahi Wine. The highlight of the evening is an exclusive four-course dinner with paired wines, hosted by Brian in the hotel’s private dining room, Adam’s Folly.

About Mahi Wine
Mahi Wine, a family-owned winery in Marlborough, New Zealand, is one of Swinton Estate’s wine suppliers. It was established in 2001 by Brian and Nicola Bicknell, and in 2006, they purchased the historic winery which gave Mahi a home.
