On the doorstep to the Yorkshire Dales, Low Swinton House is situated at the bottom of the grand gates to Swinton Park Hotel with access to over 63 miles of public footpaths and cycle paths.

Entrance: Walk through a traditional, stone clad doorway to storage for outdoor clothing and footwear as well as a holding place for your outdoor activity essentials. Just inside the door is the downstairs toilet, before continuing through to the hallway which is linked to the Dining Room, Living Room, Kitchen and Bedroom 4.
Shower Room: A toilet, shower and sink set among stonework perfectly in keeping with the country cottage.
Kitchen: A traditional feel country kitchen with an AGA for your group cooking with a generous sized fridge/freezer. The high rise bench is perfect for brunch together (for up to 8 people), fully stocked with cooking utensils and equipment to make your break as hassle free as possible. The kitchen leads to the great outdoors with access to the garden where dining can spill out al fresco. The adjoining Utility Room is equipped with a washing machine and storage space set among the stone features.
Living Room: A comfortable seating area with stunning country views. Three sofas direct your attention towards the focal fireplace to warm-up following a stroll in the fresh-air. A TV is also available, with board games supplied to enjoy good old fashioned time together away from technology. The Living Room opens to the garden, bringing the outside in.
Dining Room: Perfect for a formal dinner for up to 8 people. The table is positioned in front of the fireplace, adding to the regal surrounds, with two large windows pouring in natural light from the outside. Once dinner is over, open the door adjoining the Living Room for after dinner coffee and petit fours.
Bedroom 4: With access via the stonework entrance and another entry via the hallway, this spacious bedroom has plenty of storage space and a king size bed.
Bathroom: A free-standing roll top bath stands central in the room, with a seating area adding to the grandeur. Toilet, bidet and sink are also included.
Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has stunning views over the rolling Yorkshire hills, with interior decor adding character to the room. The charming jack and jill bathroom with bedroom 2 has a marble topped sink, toilet and shower.
Bedroom 2: A cosy room with a free standing wardrobe. The king size bed can be as one, or separated to form two single beds for a twin room.
Bedroom 3: With views over the entrance gate to Swinton Park Hotel, this bedroom has ample of storage space and can be set as a double room (with a king size bed) or a twin room (with 2 single beds).
A front and back garden with off-road parking space outside the cottage. Garden furniture allows for a cosy evening with fire pit and benches, or enjoy the delights and warmth of the summer sun and a glass of fizz in the garden with the sound of wildlife keeping you company.
