Executive Chef of Samuel’s Restaurant, Ruth Hansom has created a menu designed to showcase the very best of produce from the Swinton Estate, with her signature Epicurean Menu, encapsulating the true flavour that the seasons and location offer. Ruth is a finalist in the Roux Scholarship and winner of a Caterer Acorn Award in 2022, and a familiar face on the small screen as a finalist on the Great British Menu and with regular appearances on James Martin’s Saturday and Saturday Kitchen.
