Executive Chef of Samuel’s Restaurant, Ruth Hansom has created a menu designed to showcase the very best of produce from the Swinton Estate, with her signature Epicurean Menu, encapsulating the true flavour that the seasons and location offer.
Ruth’s menus emphasise the seasonal fruit, vegetables and herbs grown in the hotel’s four-acre Walled Garden, and produce from farms on the Swinton Estate, with whom we partner.
Ruth is a finalist in the Roux Scholarship and winner of a Caterer Acorn Award in 2022, and a familiar face on the small screen as a finalist on the Great British Menu and with regular appearances on James Martin’s Saturday and Saturday Kitchen.
