All are located within walking distance to restaurants and activities at Swinton Park, the Country Club, parkland and gardens and the wider 20,000 acre Estate. Our cottages and country houses offer guests the chance to experience all the benefits of Swinton Estate from the privacy and intimacy of their own self-catering accommodation.

Low Swinton House
A traditional country house, perfect for a family gathering or friendly get together, sleeping up to 8 people, surrounded by home comforts and fabulous furnishings and direct access to ‘off-road’ walking trails, complete with dog-friendly stiles!
Swinton Grange
A traditional country house feel, sleeping up to 10 guests. Perfect for families and friends, Swinton Grange is a sumptuous retreat with a hot tub, open-plan living/kitchen area, beautifully decorated dining room, trampoline, utility room and more.
High Swinton Cottage
Fabulous cottage accommodation on the doorstep of the Swinton Country Club. High Swinton is a quintessential ‘chocolate box’ cottage, ideal for family and friends, sleeping up to 8 people.

From British classics in Samuel’s Restaurant and a relaxed lunch or supper in the contemporary Terrace Restaurant & Bar to a quintessential Afternoon Tea in the Drawing Room, intimate fine-dining at Chef’s Table, private dining experiences, or a hearty lunch or piece of cake at the Bivouac Café.

Dogs are most welcome across the majority of accommodation on the Swinton Estate. With miles of walks and trails on the doorstep, Swinton Estate offers the perfect location for a dog-friendly stay.

The Swinton Estate is the perfect location for family stays and holidays, with 20,000 acres of space and 20,000 (give or take a few…) things to do! Whether that is kicking leaves in autumn, school holiday activity clubs, getting on two wheels to explore, deer park exploration with the Deer Ranger, cinema and ‘den’, cookery school courses, birds of prey experiences, or perhaps clay pigeon shooting or fly-fishing lessons!
