For outdoor enjoyment, our spa garden is equipped with a 10-metre natural pool, eco-friendly bathing in bio-filtered water, as well as an alfresco hot tub.
The natural water is chemical free, ideal for anyone who suffers from sensitive skin and also oxygenated, which helps leave skin feeling refreshed and soft.
The Thermal Suite, features an aroma steam-room with seasonal natural fragrance and 100% humidity for deep muscular relaxation; a salt room to ease congestion and stengthen the immune system, the Finnish sauna provides dry heat and a fragrant wood cabin.
Showers and foot spas are available if desired, to regulate your temperature throughout your thermal journey.

With a purpose-built swimming platform, our ‘wild swimming’ pond in the grounds of Swinton Park, is ready for you! Whether you have tried wild swimming before or not, we highly recommend you give it a go. Swimming ‘wild’ is incredibly beneficial to your wellbeing; both physically and mentally. Benefits can include; reduced muscle soreness, reduction in inflammation, immune system boosting, improved circulation and there is also claims it boosts brain power!
Please bring your own towel, we can provide a tow float for you to use!

Our Woodland Wellbeing Space, located behind the Walled Garden, is a space designed to unwind and relax. When you arrive, be aware of the tranquillity of the environment, and absorb the sounds, colours and textures. Our hammocks in the trees offer a tranquil space where you can absorb the natural sights and sounds. ‘Wellness packs’, including a woollen blanket and hot water bottle to keep you warm, are available from the Estate Shop, for a small refundable deposit.
