This course offers the opportunity to establish the basics of macaron making and to experiment with different shapes, flavours and fillings. You’ll create the scrumptious sweet, fruity macaron, and also savoury macarons with fillings such as honey, mustard and cream cheese and black pudding, tomato and basil.
The classes take place in our stunning country kitchen with breathtaking views of Swinton Estate Grounds and Yorkshire Dales. We always encourage a hands on approach within the classes and all ingredients and equipment will be provided.
