Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned chef, brush up on your seafood cookery skills at an exclusive, one-off masterclass with Stephane Delourme; part of a myriad of fabulous events to celebrate Seafood Week on the Swinton Estate.

Under Stephane’s guidance and instruction, the masterclass will begin with the basics of seafood cookery, followed by a hands-on afternoon or evening preparing (and tucking into!) your own three-course Seafood menu, with plenty of opportunity to ask all the burning cookery questions you may have.

Swinton Estate is excited to announce a five-day residency of the celebrated seafood chef Stephane Delourme, fresh from 25 years as Head Chef of Rick Stein’s Seafood Restaurant in Padstow, Cornwall.

From 7th to 11th May 2024, Stephane will host a series of exclusive dining events and masterclasses where you can experience the very best seafood cuisine.
