Under Stephane’s guidance and instruction, the masterclass will begin with the basics of seafood cookery, followed by a hands-on afternoon or evening preparing (and tucking into!) your own three-course Seafood menu, with plenty of opportunity to ask all the burning cookery questions you may have.
