Meditation is a practice which can reduce stress, increase calmness and clarity and promote happiness – getting you started on a path toward greater equanimity.

Mindfulness meditation is about paying close attention to the present moment — especially our own thoughts, emotions and sensations — whatever it is that’s happening.

Take a deep breath, and get ready to relax with regular Mindfulness Meditation sessions available throughout the week, with one-to-one sessions available, bookable through the Country Club and Spa reception.
