Celebrate Christmas at Swinton Bivouac

Enjoy a two-night stay in a Tree Lodge or The Loft over Christmas (24th-26th December) for a beautifully relaxing ‘off-grid’ festive experience.

With hot water bottles tucked into your bed, a Christmas Welcome Hamper of treats, and a S’mores kit, mulled wine or hot chocolate delivered to your door. If you’re staying in a Tree Lodge, your log burner and hot tub will also be lit ready for your arrival.

On Christmas Eve, we’ll be ready with drinks, canapés and Christmas carols at Swinton Park, Christmas Day enjoy access to Swinton Country Club and on Boxing Day, you can enjoy a traditional festive yomp.

*Price based on six people sharing “The Loft” room for two nights (£610 / 2 nights / 6 guests). Offer applies for stays from the 24th December until the 26th December 2025. Two-night minimum stay. Transport between sites is not provided. There will be no hot chocolate, mulled wine, s’more or hot water bottles delivered on Christmas Day. Our standard terms and conditions apply.

**Log burner and hot tub do not apply to stays at The Loft. The log burner and hot tub will not be pre-lit for arrivals on Christmas Day.
