Fresh from 25 years as Head Chef of Rick Stein’s Seafood Restaurant in Padstow, Cornwall, chef Stephane Delourme has created a spectacular dinner menu, as part of his five-day Seafood Week residency on the Swinton Estate.
Set amongst the backdrop of the opulent Samuel’s Restaurant, the Gala Dinner will begin with a canapé and Pommery Champagne reception, followed by a spectacular five-course seafood menu prepared by Stephane and our team of Swinton Estate chefs.
Stephane said: “Experience some incredible seafood and discover the tastes and flavours from many of the dishes that we have become renowned for in the South West. I cannot wait to come to Swinton and cook using ingredients sourced directly from the Estate, along with those from the east coast. Life is about making memories and I look forward to doing this together.”
